Onah Augustine Odey
Abstract
Environmental challenges have threatened harmonious existence in Nigeria since the discovery of crude oil in the Niger Delta in 1950s. This work examines Christian concern for environmental issues in Nigeria in particular and sees the need to extract Christian values as panacea for environmental sustainability. It also draws attention of the Policy Makers and environmental activists to the urgent need for preservation and sustenance of the environment.
