Job Satisfaction and Performance in Jordanian Banks

Introduction
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Job Satisfaction and performance in
Jordanian banks. To achieve this, the researcher developed questionnaires which consisting of (55) items. The
sample of the study consisted of 20 Jordanian banks. 120 respondents were obtained from the study sample. After
the researcher collected the data obtained from of the study sample, the proper statistical procedures were
performed on the data. The results of the study indicate the following: There was a significant positive correlation
(? = 0.05) between the job satisfaction and performance.
